Your ad on Borderclassifieds.com is provided for free to you in all categories. We ask you to use this service reasonably and respectfully. Posting the same advertisement more than once (i.e spamming) is unreasonable, also flooding categories with your advertisements may prevent others from fair use of our site, and prevent users finding other advertisers. Please, use your common sense. Borderclassifieds.com is for sharing with others. We will be the sole referee of what is reasonable use and may remove some or all of your ads, and in some cases, ban you from our site if we are forced to investigate.

Termination:
Borderclassifieds.com may terminate your access to all or part of the Site without the need to provide reasons.

Posting content:
Borderclassifieds.com does not control the content of advertisements. It reserves the right to delete or edit Content at its discretion and to
terminate access to or use of the Service. As well as these rules, you must comply with the rules posted below.

We do not accept and will be deleted without notice any kind of post that contains:

The ad must not breach Australian law.

The ad must not use inappropriate language and/or photos.

The ad must not be a duplicate of another ad that is currently active.

The ad must not be posted in the wrong category. Please always choose the most relevant category for your ad.

The ad must not be from overseas. Border Classifieds is a local marketplace for Albury Wodonga community and surrounds.

The ad must be descriptive and provide enough detail about the product/service.

The ad must not infringe the rights of someone else.

The ad must not be defamatory and/or threatening.

The ad must not be discriminatory on race, colour, gender, sexual preference, age, physical or mental disability, marital status, family or carer’s responsibilities, pregnancy, religion, political opinion, nationality, social origin, etc.

Modification of these terms:
Borderclassifieds.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of the Acceptance of Terms of Use and Amendments.
